I am a Certified Personal Trainer with over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry, dedicated to helping individuals of all ages and abilities move better, feel stronger, and live healthier lives. I have worked with hundreds of clients across all fitness levels, offering guidance in physical fitness, functional training, and mind-body awareness. My approach combines one-on-one coaching, group fitness, and specialized programming for diverse populations, including inclusive training for individuals with disabilities. I am passionate about creating a supportive, safe, and engaging environment where clients feel empowered to challenge themselves and grow.
I specialize in helping clients discover their personal potential and guiding them toward sustainable lifestyle changes. I also have extensive experience working with senior clients, focusing on improving strength, balance, coordination, and body awareness—while building trusting relationships that support the full mind-body connection. Above all, I strive to make fitness both effective and enjoyable, encouraging every client to go the extra mile in a way that feels rewarding and achievable.
